This capsule collection is born from the observation of garments and objects and from their re-interpretation in the form of clothing through the free-cut collage technique. THE EYE seen as a primary medium between reality and perception of the sensible reinterprets shapes and volumes coming from the most disparate areas and places. The first outfit is born from the structural observation of the shell of the “Lambis truncata” gastropod mollusk. The spiral conformation of its sharp spikes is reconciled with the plant forms observed in the free-cut collages of Matisse and an aesthetic-structural study of “Soft sculpturesBy the Swedish artist "Claes Oldenburg". As in the blue bag the "plant tentacles" of the sweater are obtained through the spiral rotation of the knit on itself, in order to create spikes, while the sleeves are obtained from a patchwork of leather scraps. The non-existent belt of the trousers is still a reference to the stylized vegetal forms of matisse made soft by the choice of the knit fabric and the abundant padding. The classic central opening of the trousers is moved to the side of a leg through a buttoned cut.The yellow character is interpreted by interior design objects combined with horns inspired by costumes from the Antigua and Barbuda carnival found in video archives of the 1970s. The third outfit takes on the appearance of a jacket with lapels in the trousers, while in the bodice the opening of a polo shirt is replaced by a zip opening in classic trousers style, and in the wavy shapes of the collar takes up again the free cut technique of Matisse. The self-produced musical accompaniment reflects the Rave soul of the collection.
